Saturday 11-22-25 Daytime summary

After Joanna left, Maureen was awake, I gave her a couple swabs of water and laid down with her until she went back to sleep.


8:45am we raised the bed and administered 75mcg of LEVOTHYROXINE with a little applesauce, shortly after that was the first of two albuterol treatments for the day.


9:00am we cleaned and changed from a medium wet diaper, no marks or discharge were found this morning. A full bed bath was performed. A sure peep no sting barrier wipe was applied on her sacrum, the Cavilon barrier was used in the usual spots, and a fresh diaper was secured … then dressed.


9:20am we transferred to the front room, I gave Maureen some cut up pear and 11 ounces of lemon flavored water and 8 ounces of prune juice, while Marie fixed some scrambled eggs with tomato and onion. Another 9 ounces of lemon water was accepted willingly with breakfast. LORATADINE is administered with some applesauce, before relaxing time.


Maureen enjoyed 6 ounces of coffee as we listened to’70s music on the TV.


NO MIRALAX TODAY.


TOTAL LIQUID CONSUMPTION THUS FAR IS APPROXIMATELY 36 OUNCES.


10:30 Marie is performing cleanup, oral care, spa time and Maureen is one content individual!


11:30 we are transferring to the bedroom for rest break #1, clean and change from a medium wet diaper, and get her situated on her right side. Propped up by the wedge pillows, Maureen will be here for the next hour.


12:40pm the first rest break has come to an end, will change and clean another medium wet diaper, get dressed and transfer to the front room.


12:50pm Maureen and I are sitting in the front while Marie prepares some fresh ham salad with cut up tomatoes and a little avocado mash for lunch, 11 ounces of sparkling water will accompany lunch. Maureen will also enjoy a small slice of cake from the other day.


1:45pm lunch is finished , oral care is commencing.


2:30pm transfer to the bedroom for #2 rest break, as anticipated, we had to clean and change from a heavy, wet diaper … now resting on her right side again she will rest for an hour.


3:35pm with rest break #2 coming to an end, Maureen is dry, we get dressed and transferred to the front room. Marie has cut up a fresh fruit cup consisting of watermelon, apple, banana and kiwi.


47 OUNCES OF LIQUID FOR THE DAY.

Sunday March 8th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen was awake, Tom gave her a few swabs of water & she fell back asleep. Made Sunday omelet & made more pear puree. -10:00am Maureen is awake, we put her in a upright position & gave her 7
