Saturday, 11/02/2024 - Swing Shift

4:00PM - Maureen was enjoying her fruit (kiwi, pear and melon). She had 3/4 cup of water. Cpughed once.

5:00PM - Diaper lightly wet.

Dinner Halibut with sauce, sweet potato, spinach and baked apple for dessert. Maureen enjoyed dinner. Coughed once.

5:50PM - Applied Triamcinolone Acetonide cream on Maureen's dorsal (back) left hand.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - Me and Tom moved Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her - no discharges. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face her left side, pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on her back.

6:45PM - Maureen is sleeping.
