Saturday 10-11-25 Daytime summary

8:00 Maureen is still sleeping soundly.

8:30 she is starting to move around, she is receptive to a few sips of water, via swab.

8:45 Marie administered her LEVOTHYROXINE with a couple spoons of applesauce, followed by a saline nebulizer treatment, around 9:00.

9:10 we performed a clean and change, of a medium wet diaper, along with a bed bath.

Cavilon lotion and the sure prep wipe was applied to the usual areas, Marie also placed a dab of Calazinc to a red area, to the outside fold of her right armpit.

9:30 now dressed, we transferred to the front room to start our day.

We are starting with approximately 10 ounces of water and 8 ounces of prune juice.

No MiraLAX is being administered today.

9:45 Marie prepared some scrambled eggs with cheese, onion and peppers, along with some cut up pear for breakfast.

Maureen is eating very well, two coughs during breakfast … not too bad.

10:15 Maureen is given her LORATADINE with a little applesauce.

Thus far, approximately 20 ounces of liquid has been consumed.

10:30 oral and facial care are performed by Marie, while watching some game shows.

11:15AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap while sitting on her recliner with head all the way leaning back. She looked comfortable and relaxed.

11:45AM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her to the right side.

12:40PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Dressed and transferred to the kitchen.

12:50PM - Lunch - chicken salad, fresh avocado and chicken/rice soup. Maureen took a total of 14oz water with electrolytes. Coughed 3x and sneezed 2x - nose is runny right now.

1:30PM - Oral care.

1:45PM - Out for a walk.

2:30PM - We arrived. Maureen had took 4oz of sparkling water. We transferred her to the bedroom after for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:40PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Dressed and moved to the front room.

3:50PM - Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon). Maureen took 10oz of lemon water.

4:15PM - Maureen's comfortable while sitting on her recliner, watching a game show.

4:40PM - Neb treatment with saline.

5:10PM - Dinner - baked salmon, steamed brussel sprouts and took 4oz of lemon water. Coughed 2x and sneezed 2x.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - Me and Joanna transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied cetaphil lotion on face, hands and legs. Position to face her left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on her back.
