4:00 pm : Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching her favorite show.

5:00 pm: dinner: Chili Mac

3/4 cup of water.

Maureen was coughing ones during the dinner.

5:45 pm : BP: 118/79 P:66

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple sauce

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 58

7:00 asleep.
