4:00 pm : Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner: honey garlic chicken, carrots, asparagus and spaetzle.

1 cup of water.

Maureen was coughing four times during the dinner.

5:45 pm : BP: 122/82 P:73

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple sauce

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet. Medium formed BM.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

The redness under her right armpit was still the same as in the morning. That’s why we applied Hydrocortisone Cream.
