October 25 daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen is sound asleep. She is lying on her left side.

• 8:30pm Maureen is sound asleep.

• 9:06am Maureen is awake. She is exhibiting the same signs and symptoms from yesterday morning. Eyes wide open, no blinking. Arms are twitching. Pulse is 88 and O2 is 96%. At 9:12am Maureen gave an audible groan and the symptoms dissipated. Pulse is 66 and O3 2 is 98%. Maureen was not receptive to any water the whole time. She is very lethargic - Maya and I will take things slow again today.

• 9:35am Maureen is sound asleep.

• 10:10am Maureen is in and out of sleep. She is slowly regaining her faculties.

• 10:28am Maya and I feel Maureen is back to her usual state so we begin our day. Maureen's diaper is heavy wet - we performed a clean and change and applied 3M products. We washed Maureen's upper body using warmed wipes from the purple packet and dressed. We headed to the kitchen after.

• 10:49am Spoonful of Manuka honey, Levothyroxine and Docusate with applesauce.

• 10:54am breakfast - banana, oatmeal, 8 oz prune juice, cup of water.

• General Observation & 11:05am - Maureen once again exhibited the same symptoms from yesterday morning - arms twitching, nonresponsive to stimulus, eyes open and not blinking, elevated pulse. Maya and I decided to once again take things slowly today. Maureen was in and out of sleep from 9:30am to 10:30am. She eventually fully woke up and was back to her baseline state.

• 11:35am Administered Lisinopril and Loratidine with applesauce.

• 11:40am Oral care.

• 11:47am Morning facial routine.

• 11:55am We reclined Maureen one notch down in the Geri chair.

• 1:00pm Dr. Parise came to the house to trim Maureen's toenails.

• 1:20pm Lunch - lentil soup and a bottle of organic coconut water. Two coughs.

• 1:44pm Oral care.

• 2:00 We headed to the bedroom for today's only rest break. Diaper is dry. Maureen will lie on her right side for one hour starting at 2:06pm.

• 3:06pm Rest break is over. Maureen's diaper is heavy wet and she had a large, formed bowel movement. We performed a clean and change and headed to the front room.

• 3:28pm Organic fruit smoothie.
