8:00 am: Maureen is sleeping, laying comfortably on her left side.

8:45 am: Maureen is awake now. I changed her position to the right side.

9:30 am: Placed Maureen in an upright position and gave her sips of water via swab.

Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:45 am: Nebulizer treatment with albuterol.

Blood pressure 104/62

9:55 am: Merianne and I gave Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed the diaper, applied skin protective barrier wipe to sacrum, Cavilon barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the kitchen for breakfast.

10:25 am: Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:30 am: Breakfast: 12 oz lemon water, scramble egg with cheese, tomato, onion plus pear.

8 oz of apple juice.

Maureen did not cough during the breakfast.

10:50 am: Oral care

10:55 am: Facial routine.

11:00 am: We went for a walk around the neighborhood.

11:45 am: Maureen had 4 oz of water with lemon.

11:55 am: Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break.

Dry diaper.

Positioned on her right side.

12:45 pm: First break ends.

Medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed, dressed and headed to the living room.

1:05 pm: Lunch: Tomato pasta with meatball and parmesan cheese,

12 oz sparkling water.

Maureen coughed ones during the lunch.

1:40 pm: Oral care.

2:00 pm: Dr. Parise arrived, trimmed and filed Maureen’s foot nails.

2:45 pm: Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break.

The diaper was very wet. Medium formed BM.

Cleaned and changed, positioned on her right side.

3:35 pm: Maureen’s second rest break ended.

Dry diaper. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the living room.

3:55 pm: Fresh fruit snack: watermelon and apple.

2 oz of water with lemon


8 am - 4 pm: 38 oz liquid
