4:00 pm : Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

Cheryl visited her 🙂

4:45 pm: we transferred Maureen to the bed. We cleaned and changed her. The diaper was medium wet.

We came back to the living room for dinner.

5:00 pm: dinner: Roast Pork, Krauf&Onions, Baked Apple, Creamed Spinach. 3/4 cup of water.

Maureen was coughing two times during the dinner.

5:45 pm : BP: 112/77 P: 54

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was dry.

We cleaned her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.
