4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer in the living room.

5:00 pm: dinner: chicken tagine, veg, sauce.

1 cup of water.

Maureen was coughing four times during the dinner.

5:45 pm : BP: 124/78, P:80

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:35 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet. Very soft medium BM.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

We applied Nystatin powder under her right armpit. We put warm socks on her feet, they were very cold.
