4:00 pm: Maureen have a good time with Carolyn and Barbara.

5:00 pm: dinner: Meatloaf Muffins with potatos and spinach prepared by Carolyn. She enjoyed it very much.

3/4 cup of water.

Maureen was coughing three times during the dinner.

5:45 pm : BP: 121/81 , P:80

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:35 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

We applied Nystatin powder under her right armpit.
