5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room and watching TV. .

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: dinner: fish with spinach, tomatos, pasta and some carrots.

Maureen was coughing three times during the dinner.

7:00 pm : 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:10 pm: Oral care. Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil Lotion. Applied Vick’s.

7:30pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.2

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 70

7:50 pm: asleep. 10:00 pm: very wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:15 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
