November 30 daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen is sound asleep. She is lying on her left side. Maya states Maureen has been sleeping since she got to the house at 6:30am.

• 8:30am Maureen continues to sleep. She has not stirred at all.

• 8:48am Maureen's eyes open and close from time to time.

• 9:15am Maureen is sound asleep.

• 9:30am Maya and I decided Maureen was due to be repositioned to her right side. Diaper is medium wet - Maya and I performed a clean and change and applied 3M products. Maureen is still in and out of sleep at this point.

• 10:10am Maureen is awake. We begin our day. We washed Maureen's upper body using warmed wipes from the purple packet, dressed, and headed to the kitchen.

• 10:27am Administered Levothyroxine with applesauce.

• 10:33am Breakfast - Fruit smoothie, 8 oz prune juice.

• 10:52am Administered Lisinopril and Loratidine with applesauce.

• 10:58am Oral care.

• 11:05am We reclined Maureen's geri chair down one notch.

• 11:10am Morning facial routine.

• 12:00pm We headed to the bedroom for rest break #1. Maureen's diaper is light wet - Maya and I performed a clean and change. Maureen will lie on her right side for one hour starting at 12:07pm.

• 12:45pm Maya and I decided to shorten Maureen's first rest period today. Diaper is dry.

• 12:55pm Maya and I washed and styled Maureen's hair.

• 1:20pm Lunch - Chicken noodle soup, tuna salad, steamed cauliflower, bottle of organic coconut water, cup of water.

• 2:00pm Oral care.

• 2:30pm We headed to the bedroom for rest break #2. Maureen's diaper is heavy wet - Maya and I performed a clean and change. Rest break begins at 2:40pm.

• 3:10pm Maureen's shortened rest break #2 ends. Diaper is dry. We headed to the front room.

• 3:23pm Fruit snack.

• 3:30pm Ann Emberson, RN is at the house for her weekly visit.
