4:00 pm: Carolyn visited Maureen :)

Maureen was enjoying her fruits snack. She was relaxing in the recliner and watching TV.

5:50 pm: Kate visited Maureen :)

6:10 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:30 pm: dinner: hotdog and potato salad. Maureen was coughing three times during the dinner.

7:00 pm : Maureen took 10 minutes nap.

7:15pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:20 pm: Oral care. Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil Lotion. Applied Vick’s.

7:40 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.1

Oxygen: 86

Heart Rate: 67

7:45pm: asleep.
