8:00 am - Arrived with Dalia sitting at bedside with Maureen.

According to Dalia, Maureen was awake when she arrived at 6:30 am.

Tom was with her.

At 7:00 am: Maureen felt asleep again.

At 8:07 am: Maureen opened her eyes and after three minutes started twitching (mild) Pulse reached 122, descending rapidly to 111, and from then to low 90s. Whole episode lasted about 10 minutes.

Maureen is fully awake.

8:40 am: We raised her bed head.

We administered her 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple souce.

9:00 am: Dalia and I changed Maureen's medium wet diaper and cleaned her. We applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream.

Upper body bath using warmed purple wipes and aloe vesta.

Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

9:20 am: Breakfast: 8 oz of prune juice with 1/2 cup of Miralax, oatmeal smoothie with fruits and two prunes, couple of spoons of yogurt. Administered 10mg Loratadine with smoothie.

We reclined Maureen's chair down.

She coughed two times during the breakfast.

9:40 am: Oral care.

9:45 am- 10:15 am : nap

10:16 am: BP: 111/68 P:85

10:20 am: nap

10:35 am: Deanna came over.

She did color in Maureen’s hair, washed her hair and gave her a nice hairstyle.

12:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bed for her first rest break. The diaper was very wet. Extra Large Soft BM. Cleaned and changed.

Positioned Maureen on her right side at 12:15 am. 12:50 pm: First resting break ends. Dry diaper.

Dressed and headed Maureen to the kitchen.

1:00 Lunch: cabbage/chicken soup, crakers,roasted red pepper hummus full cup of sparkling water, 1/2 cup of water with lemon , and couple spoons of Greek yogurt.

Maureen did not cough during the lunch.

Maureen was leaning forward, we

reclined Geri chair.

1:15 pm: Oral Care.

1:20 pm: Facial routine.

2:35 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was dry. Positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:40 am. 3:30 pm: Second resting break ends. Dry diaper. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the living room.

3:45 pm: Maureen is enjoing her fruit snack ( watermelon).
