4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching her favorite shows.

6:00 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. We changed her. The diaper was very wet. We applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:10 pm: dinner: tacco : beef, tomatos, beans, guacamolle and cheese.

Maureen liked it very much.

She was coughing four times during the dinner.

6:45 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

6:55 pm : Oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil Lotion.

Applied Vick’s.

7:20 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 96,4

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 70

7:40 pm: asleep.
