4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm : dry diaper

5:00 pm: dinner: chipottle - taco

1 cup of water.

Maureen was coughing ones during the dinner.

5:45 pm : BP: 118/82 P:70

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with pistacio desert.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 97,7

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 77

6:50 asleep.
