November 21 daytime update

• 6:30am Maureen is asleep. Kula's maid service has just arrived.

• 7:00am Maureen is now in and out of sleep.

• 7:30am Maureen is awake.

• 7:40am Maid service left. Maureen began to drift to sleep again.

• 8:00am Maureen is asleep.

• 8:20am Maureen is beginning to wake. We will get started as soon as she is ready.

• 8:35am Our morning begins. Diaper is heavy wet - Maya and I completed a clean and change and applied 3M products. The discoloration on Maureen's sacrum is now a light shade of pink. We washed Maureen's upper body using warmed wipes from the purple packet, dressed, and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:02am Administered Levothyroxine with applesauce.

• 9:05am Omelet, banana, 8 oz prune juice, cup of water. 2 coughs.

• 9:30am Oral care.

• 9:35am We reclined Maureen's geri chair down one notch.

• 9:38am Eye wash and eye drops.

• 9:42am Morning facial routine.

• General Observation @ 10:15am - Our morning today has been quite routine; Maureen was awake early because of the cleaners at the house, fell back to sleep multiple times, but was ready to start her day on time. Maureen was full of energy up until we reclined the geri chair. At the writing of this entry, Maureen has been asleep for 10 minutes. Congestion and coughing were minimal today.

• 11:00am Maureen continues to sleep in the geri chair so we will save smoothie for later. We headed to the bedroom for rest break #1. Maureen's diaper is light wet. She had a small, hard bowel movement during the clean and change process. Maureen will lie on her left side for one hour starting at 11:21am.
  

• 12:15pm Rest break #1 is over, clean and change performed, diaper medium wet, transferred to kitchen.

• 12:30pm Lunch, Maya prepared some fresh cauliflower and potato soup, tuna salad and peeled tomato plate and a bottle coconut water.

• 1:15pm Oral care and cleanup were completed, the Geri chair was reclined and Maureen had time to digest her food.

• 2:00pm headed to bedroom for a clean and change of a heavy wet diaper, afterwards, we layed her on her right side around 2:20.

• 3:20pm Rest period #2 has concluded, diaper was dry, so we dressed her and transferred to the front room to enjoy a fresh fruit snack and an episode of Let’s Make a Deal.
