4:00 pm: The nurse visited Maureen.

Maureen was resting in the living room. After she left Maureen was watching TV.

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: dinner: hotdog and potato salad. Maureen was enjoying very much. She was coughing seven times during the dinner.

6:50pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:00 pm: Oral care. Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil Lotion. Applied Vick’s.

7:20 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.9

Oxygen: 81

Heart Rate: 70

7:45pm: asleep.
