5:00 pm: Dinner: Sesame Chicken Bowl

Maureen coughed three times during the dinner.

11 oz of water with lemon.

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

6:15 pm: Oral Care.

6:25 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet diaper. Very small formed BM.

Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
