November 1 daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen is awake. She is lying on her left side.

• 8:15am Our morning begins. Maureen's diaper is medium wet - we performed a clean and change and applied 3M products. We finished dressing and headed to the kitchen.

• 8:38am Administered Levothyroxine with applesauce and Docusate.

• 8:40am Breakfast - oatmeal, banana, 8 oz prune juice, cup of water.

• 9:22am Administered Lisinopril and Loratidine with applesauce.

• 9:27am Oral care.

• 9:30am Morning facial routine.

• 9:35am Eye wash and eye drops.

• 9:40am We reclined Maureen's Geri chair down one notch.

• 10:00am Maureen is asleep in the Geri chair.

• 10:44am Fruit smoothie.

• General Observation @ 11:00am - Maureen had her usual morning routine today. She is engaged and full of energy. Breakfast saw one cough. Congestion is heavy today - Maureen was able to cough up a significant amount of phlegm on two separate occasions. As usual, Maureen fell asleep in the Geri chair after the morning's activities. Fruit smoothie saw one cough.

• 11:15am We headed to the bedroom for rest break #1. Maureen's diaper is medium wet and she had a small, soft bowel movement - we performed a clean and change. Maureen will lie on her right side for one hour starting at 11:32am.

• 12:32pm Rest break #1 is through. Maureen's diaper is heavy wet - Maya and I performed a clean and change and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:50pm Lunch - egg salad, sliced tomato, chicken noodle soup, bottle of organic coconut water.

• 1:27pm Oral care.

• 2:00pm We headed to the bedroom for rest period #2. Maureen's diaper is heavy wet - we performed a clean and change. Maureen will lie on her left side for one hour starting at 2:07pm.

• 3:07pm Rest break #2 is over. Maureen's diaper is heavy wet - Maya and I performed a clean and change. We headed to the front room after.

• 3:31pm Fruit snack.
