Monday September 27, 2021 Dayshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner.

• 6:18pm Maureen’s pull-up is heavily wet. We headed to the bathroom for a quick change. No activity in the toilet.

• 6:45pm Dinner time. Maureen ate vegetable lasagna and chicken broccoli bake with a full cup of water. Mango cake for dessert followed shortly after.

• 7:33pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT.

• 7:35pm Oral care followed by face wash and Cetaphil moisturizing lotion to face, hands, and arms.

• 7:55pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is slightly wet - cleaned with a washcloth and 3M cleanser spray. Applied Mupirocin to open areas and put on a fresh diaper. Vicks applied to chest. Ciclopirox applied to both right and left big toe. Body pillows placed on either side. Head of the bed elevated. Maureen is lying on her left side.

• 8:10pm Maureen is sound asleep.
