• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:35pm Administered 1-4200mg cranberry with apple sauce.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Spaghetti squash with chicken, half cup of lemon water and rice pudding for dessert Maureen coughed once.

• 5:25pm Administered 1-150mg Fluconazole with rice pudding.

• 5:45pm Administered 1-50mg Senna plus (crushed) with apple sauce.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with some yellow/clear vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier cream, and applied nystatin to redness area by the vagina (healing well), after cleaning with a cold damp washcloth. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: temp: 97, pulse: 64, O2: 97
