Monday, Sept 8, 2025 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting relaxed while sister Roberta treats her with a Reiki session.

• 5:20pm Dinner: Chicken with sauce, sweet potato and cauliflower masaje, and 4oz lemon water. Maureen coughed over five times, sneezed twice and her nose was runny, suction pump used.

• 6:20pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:30pm Oral care.

  6:35pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Brian and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a large-soft BM, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities
