4:00, Maureen was sitting in her recliner, relaxing and watching tv

5:45, brought her to the bathroom, sitting on the commode for ten minutes, heavy wet pull-ups, cleaned and changed to a fresh pull-ups and new shorts.

6:10, Transferred to the Geri chair for dinner, chef Carolyn made a chicken enchilada casserole that we enjoyed.

A full cup of water accompanied the meal.

7:00, 5mg of OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5ml of VIMPAT was administered, followed by oral care, cleanup with warm washcloth and changed to a fresh t-shirt,, then Cetaphil applied to her face, arms and hands.

7:30, transferred to the bed using the Hoyer lift, pull-ups was medium wet, cleaned and used the CAVILON spray to freshen up, MUPIROCIN to affected area, put a fresh diaper on, put some NYASTATIN below her left breast, applied Vick’s to her chest and throat, CICLOPIROX to both big toes.
