Monday, October 7 Swing shift summary

• 5:00 - Maureen is siting in the recliner. Diaper is dry.

• 5:05 pm- Dinner- Shrimp, peas and cheese casserole, coleslaw, cup of water. Maureen coughed once .

• 6:00 pm- Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:15 pm- Evening oral care.

• 6:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. There was no vaginal discharge observed. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream. Washed and cleaned her face and hands. Applied Cetaphil lotion to her face and upper and lower extremities . Positioned Maureen on her left side.
