Monday October 11, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner.

• 5:40pm Maureen’s pull-up is wet so we headed to the bathroom. Maureen had a small, formed bowel movement. She did not urinate. We headed to the kitchen afterwards for dinner.

• 6:15pm Dinner time. Maureen ate some chicken from Raising Canes with some French fries, coleslaw, and a cup of water.

• 7:08pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with Yoplait orange creme and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care, facial cleanse, and application of Cetaphil moisturizing lotion to face, hands, and arms followed after.

• 7:40pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is slightly wet - cleaned using the 3M cleanser spray, applied Cavilon barrier cream to inner thighs, and put on a new diaper. Ciclopirox applied to both right and left big toe. Vicks applied to chest. Body pillows placed on either side of bed. Head of the bed elevated. Maureen is lying on her left side with two green wedge pillows placed behind her.
