6:30 am - Maureen is sleeping. 7:00 am- Maureen is opening her eyes from time to time.
7:30 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep. 8:00 am- Maureen is asleep. 8:30 am- Maureen is awake. We started the day. Her diaper was dry. Alexandra and I performed the morning upper body wash. Dressed Maureen and headed to the kitchen. 8:45 am- Breakfast. Maureen had a 6 oz of prune juice with 1/2 a cup of Miralax, oatmeal and banana. She coughed three times during breakfast. 9:20 am - Morning oral care. 9:30 am - We reclined Maureen’s chair. 9:40 am- Skin care . 10:00 am- Maureen is sleeping in the chair. She looks very tired today. 10:30am- Maureen is still sleeping.
11:00 am - 1/2 of smoothie. Maureen coughed twice.
11:30 am- Alexandra and I transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was light wet. We cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. The sore spot on her sacrum area is almost nonexistent. Positioned Maureen on her left side with the two wedge pillows behind her back and a pillow between her legs. She will rest for an hour starting an 11:45 am.
12:50 pm- Rest break # 1 is over . The diaper was medium wet and had a small, formed bowel movement in it. We cleaned and changed Maureen and headed to the kitchen.
1:10 pm- Lunch time. Maureen enjoyed a bottle of coconut water, half of ham and cheese sandwich and a bowl of homemade soup.
1:45 pm- Oral care.
2:10 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was light wet. We cleaned and changed. Positioned Maureen on her right side. She will rest for an hour starting at 2:20 pm.
3:20 pm - Rest break # 2 is over . Maureen’s diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed. Transferred her to the wheelchair and headed to the living room.
3:40 pm- Fruit snack .
