• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching tv.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 107/61.

  Pulse: 68

  O2: 98

• 4:40pm Saline Neb treatment.

• 4:50pm Diaper is light wet.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Chicken/veggies pasta, 5oz lemon water. Maureen coughed and sneezed five times, had a runny nose during meal, succión pump used.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

   Pulse: 62

   O2: 99

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
