Monday, Oct. 20, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen sleeps peacefully lying on her left side.

• 8:30am She recently opened her eyes without any distress, going back to sleep soon after taking a few sips of water via swab.

• 9:15am Maureen’s awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:17am Blood pressure: 103/60.

  Pulse: 58

  O2: 97

• 9:20am Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 9:32am Joanna and I started our day by giving Maureen a full body bath using a damp washcloth and Cetaphil cleanser, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper with a asmall-yellowish vaginal discharge, applied skin protective barrier wipe to sacrum, Cavilon barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the kitchen for breakfast.

• 9:52am Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

• 9:53am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, waffle with butter and jam, pear and 8oz prune juice. Maureen coughed four times (dry) during meal.

• 10:00am Deana arrives to color and trim Maureen’s hair.

• 11:05am We go with Maureen for a walk around the neighborhood. She stayed alert the whole time.

• Maureen had 9oz of electrolyte drink once back home.

• 11:55am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a small-formed BM, positioned on her right side.

• 12:50pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the front room.

• 1:05pm Lunch: Lemon chicken soup with avocado and 10oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed four times (dry) during meal.

• 1:40pm Eyes wash/drops and facial routine performed.

• 2:40pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the front room.

• 3:45pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruit snack (melon/apple).

• Total liquids ingested: 36oz.
