• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 105/60.

  Pulse: 74

  O2: 97

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Salmon with steamed Brussels sprouts, apple sauce and 8oz of apple juice. Maureen coughed four times and sneezed twice during meal. Suction pump used once.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Temp: 96.3

   Pulse: 76

   O2: 98

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
