Monday, November 13, 2023: Swingshift summary

4:00 PM. Arrived. Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner chair in the front room. Finished giving her the fruit snack. She also had half a cup of lemon water.

4:45 PM. BP was 110/70 and pulse was 73bpm

5:00 PM. Dinner was beef tenderloin tips with spinach tortellini and zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese bake and half a cup of lemon water.

6:10 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with apple sauce.

6:20 PM. Oral and denture care done.

6:35 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Her diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream on her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on her arms and legs. Positioned her facing left side.
