Monday, Nov. 3, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side - comfortably sleeping.

8:30AM - She opened her eyes, gave sips of water via swab. Went back to sleep after.

9:15AM - Maureen opened her eyes, looking more awake and ready to start her day. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

Neb treatment with albuterol followed.

9:35AM - Me and Tom gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and cetaphil cleanser. Less redness on right underarm - applied Nystatin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and midline remedy cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and washed Maureen's hair.

10:00AM - We transferred to the front room. Maureen had 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, banana and 8oz apple juice. Maureen coughed 3x, suctioned once.

Kelly, RN arrived for Maureen's weekly nurse visit. Lungs clear, bowel sounds normo-active.

RR - 104 bpm

BP - 116/68

11:00AM - Oral care.

11:05AM - Eye care with eye drops routine.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

11:35AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. We position to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch - chicken fajita, chicken/cabbage soup and 12 oz coconut water. Maureen coughed 2x and sneezed twice.

1:20PM - Oral care.

1:25PM - Out for a walk.

2:10PM - Arrived after a nice walk. Maureen took 2 oz of sparkling water.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was clean and dry, we position her to face the right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen took 8 oz sparkling water. Fruit snack followed (banana and melon).

Total liquid intake - 40oz
