• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 118/64, P 68.

• 4:45pm Diaper it’s light wet.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Chicken fajita, 1/2 cup of lemon water. Coughed twice, suction pump used once.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with Small-soft BM, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Virals: temp: 97.3, pulse: 65, O2: 97.
