• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:25pm Blood pressure: 116/74.

  Pulse: 77

  O2: 95

• 4:45pm Diaper is light wet.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Gyros meat with mashed potato, mixed veggies, and 5oz of apple juice. Maureen coughed (dry) three times and sneezed twice during meal.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream including lower extremities.

  Temp: 96.6

   Pulse: 75

   O2: 95.

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
