Monday, Nov. 24, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, she slightly opened her eyes. Offered sips of water via swab which she was receptive. No signs of any distress observed.

8:15AM - Went back to close her eyes to sleep.

9:00AM - Re-positioned Maureen to the right side.

9:30AM - Eyes remained closed and still sleeping.

9:45AM - Maureen woke up, looking relaxed and ready to start the day. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine withe apple sauce.

9:55AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:10AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath, no redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:30AM - Shelly, RN arrived for the weekly nurse visit and re-cert report. Lungs clear - cough syrup maybe be used as needed. Bowel sounds heard. Arm circumference - 20.5cm.

**Recommended albuterol once/day.

T - 97.8

P - 70 bpm

RR - 16 breaths/min

BP - 122/74

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, pear and 8oz prune juice. Maureen took 10 oz of lemon water before breakfast. Coughed 3x, used suction machine 2x.

11:30AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

11:40AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine followed. **Maureen closed her eyes for a nap right after.

12:15PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed Maureen to face the right side.

12:45PM - Shortened 1st rest break ended, diaper is still clean and dry. We proceed to wash Maureen's hair. Got her dressed and transferred to the front room.

12:55PM - Lunch - chicken and rice soup, mashed avocado, vanilla ice cream with chocolate chip cookie on top for dessert. Maureen took 10oz of coconut water. Coughed (dry) 4x and sneezed 4x.

1:50PM - Oral care.

2:35PM - Maureen's comfortably sitting on the recliner and took 9 oz of water with electrolytes.

We transferred her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with large, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her, and position to face the right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack (melon and apple), Maureen took 8 oz of water.
