• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:25pm Blood pressure: 100/59.

  Pulse: 71

  O2: 97

• 4:30pm Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 4:45pm Diaper is light wet.

• 4:50pm Administered 20ml of expectant.

• 5:00pm: Dinner: Salmon with Brussels sprouts and mashed potato, and 7oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed three times during meal. Suction pump used once.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper with, applied Medline Remedy cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Temp: 96.6

   Pulse: 63

   O2: 97

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
