Monday, May 26, 2025 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 105/64, P67.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:55pm Dinner: Grilled hotdog with potato salad, avocado and 3oz lemon water. Maureen coughed twice during meal.

• Tommy visits.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Pulse: 79

  O2: 97

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
