• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner, watching a game show.

• Barb visits Maureen.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 110/69, P72.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Cheesy noodles with chicken, carrot and peas, and 5oz lemon water. Maureen coughed twice during meal.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Barb and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Vitals:

  Pulse: 57

  O2: 96

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
