Monday, May 15 Swing shift update

• 4:00 pm- Maureen is relaxing in the recliner, watching a TV show, enjoying Carolyn's company.

• 5:00 pm- Dinner- fish, beans with cherry tomatoes, broccoli. Maureen finished two cups of water, cherry yogurt for dessert . She coughed three times.

• 5:30 pm- Oral care.

• 6:00 pm- Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to bed. Diaper was medium wet. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. There was a tiny amount of vaginal discharge. We applied Cetaphil lotion to her face, hands and legs, Vicks on her chest. Positioned Maureen on her left side.
