• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting relaxed in the recliner watching a game show.

• 4:50pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Sloppy Joe’s, potato salad, broccoli and a cup of lemon water. Coughed once.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream, wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 96.7, Pulse: 67, O2: 96.
