Monday, May 12, 2025 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner, watching a game show with Carolyn and Barb by her side.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 107/65, P68.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Pasta with shrimp, sausage, mushrooms and onion, and 5oz lemon water. Coughed twice.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Barb and I clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Pulse: 69

  O2: 99

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
