Monday, March 3, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was awake, she's having sips of water via swab. No signs of any pain or distress while on her left side.

8:45AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:00AM - Me and Tom started to gave her a full body bed bath with warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. No redness or rashes on skin. Diaper was dry, no vaginal discharges. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We proceed to dressed Maureen and wash her hair.

9:30AM - We transferred to the kitchen for a quick hair blow dry and then, breakfast.

Breakfast - french toast, pear, 3 oz coffee, and 8 oz of prune juice. Maureen ate good. She also had 10oz of lemon water. Coughed 2x and sneezed 2x.

Used suction machine once and able to take out phlegm.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort prior to breakfast.

No MiraLAX dose today.

10:10AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:20AM - Oral care.

10:30AM - Eye care/eye drops routine. Facial and hand care routine followed.

11:00AM - Maureen's comfortably sitting - awake and listening to music.

11:30AM - We moved her to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:15PM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

12:45PM - Maureen's awake and looking to get up for lunch. Diaper was clean and dry. We got her dressed and transferred to the kitchen.

12:50PM - Carolyn arrived for a visit.

Lunch - shrimp salad, beets, sweet pea soup and rice pudding for dessert. Maureen finished a 10 oz of coconut water. Coughed 2x and sneezed 2x.

Reclined geri chair one notch prior to eating.

1:40PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen had 4 oz of lemon water.

2:30PM - We moved her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed Maureen. Finished dressing and moved to the front room.

3:40PM - Maureen had 8 oz of water. Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).
