• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 115/75, P76.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Manicotti with cheese, spinach and mushrooms, and 6oz of lemon water. Coughed once.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00 Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a medium-formed BM, applied Cavilon barrier cream, including outer anal redness. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  O2: 97

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
