Monday, June 9, 2025 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner getting a massage session from sister Roberta.

• 4:55pm Diaper is light wet.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Beggies lasagna with 5oz of ginger tea. Maureen coughed twice during meal.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

  6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Kathy and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Pulse: 69

  O2: 98

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
