Monday, June 9, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen is still sound asleep while facing her left side.


8:30AM - She's still sleeping.


9:10AM - Maureen's eyes slightly opened, she was still looking sleepy although receptive to water via swab.


9:25AM - Maureen's looking more awake - we placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


BP: 110/62, P: 71


Maureen woke up phlemy, used suction machine twice to help her get rid of it.


9:35AM - Me and Dalia gave her a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was lightly wet, no redness around the area. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We got her dressed and washed her hair after


10:05AM - We transferred to the kitchen. She took 8oz of lemon water and we administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce. Coughed 2x, suction once.


Breakfast - pancake with blueberry jam, banana and 6 oz apple juice. Coughed 2x and sneezed 2x.


10:45AM - Oral care.


Neb treatment - saline sol'n and albuterol.


11:05AM - Eye care and eye drops routine.


Facial and hand care routine.


11:35PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.


**Maureen's eyes were half way close during the last 20mins of the break, looking sleepy and tired.


12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, we dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.


12:50PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, avocado and sweet pea soup. Maureen finished 10oz of sparkling water. Coughed 2x.


1:45PM - Oral care.


2:15PM - Maureen took 5oz cold tea.


2:30PM - It's time for the 2nd rest break. We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.


3:20PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.


3:30PM - Fruit snack time (banana, apple, melon).


3:40PM - Sister Roberta arrived.


**Total liquid intake - 29 oz

Sunday March 8th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen was awake, Tom gave her a few swabs of water & she fell back asleep. Made Sunday omelet & made more pear puree. -10:00am Maureen is awake, we put her in a upright position & gave her 7
