Monday, June 30, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's still sleeping while on her left side.

8:30AM - She's still sound asleep.

9:00AM - Maureen woke up, no signs of distress. She had sips of water via swab. We waited 10mins before we administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:20AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser, no redness or rashes on skin. Diaper was dry, skin is clear. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and proceed to wash her hair.

9:50AM - We transferred to the front room, blow-dried and styled the hair. She took 4 oz of prune juice and administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with strawberry jelly, pear and 8oz of lemon water. Coughed 2x and sneezed once.

10:30AM - Oral care.

Neb treatment saline.

10:45AM - Eye care and eye drops routine. Facial and hand care routine followed.

11:30AM - Maureen had 4oz of lemon water. We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

12:00PM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

12:40PM - Maureen had a 15-20min nap. 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

12:50PM - Lunch - chicken-rice with veggie soup, avocado, and rice oudding for dessert. Maureen had 10oz of coconut water. Coughed 3x.

1:45PM - Oral care.

Carolyn arrived for a quick visit.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we inserted suppository to aid with BM. Position to face the left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was heavy wet with XL formed BM. We cleaned thoroughly and changed Maureen. Got dresses and transferred to the front room.

3:55PM - Fruit snack time (banana, apple and melon). Maureen took 2oz of apple juice.
