Monday, June 23, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's still sleeping, comfortably lying on her left side.

8:30AM - She's still asleep.

8:50AM - She slightly opened her eyes, no signs of any distress or pain. We will wait for her to be fully awake before we start the day.

9:00AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:10AM - Me and Joanna gave her a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser - no redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was dry, skin on sacrum had closed - no additional tear. Redness on area is light. We cleaned and changed Maureen. Applied Cavilon barrier film and Calazinc on the area. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and washed her hair after.

9:35AM - We transferred to the front room. We did a quick hair dry and styling. Gave 10oz of lemon water before breakfast.

Maureen had french toast with maple syrup and banana. She finished 8oz of water (half was coconut water). Coughed 3x, sneezed once.

10:10AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:15AM - Oral care.

Neb treatment with saline followed.

10:35AM - Facial and hand care routine.

BP: 103/60, P: 70

10:50AM - Maureen's leaning all the way back, she closed her eyes for a nap.

11:30AM - Maureen had a 30min nap. We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed to face her right side.

**Maureen closed her eyes 10mins after we placed her on bed.

12:15PM - Maureen is still asleep.

12:45PM - She's still in a deep sleep.

Carolyn arrived.

1:00PM - Maureen woke up and was a bit jumpy, pulse between 104-107 bpm for 10mins and went down aftee between 91-94bpm.

1:15PM - We changed her diaper, it was medium wet. We dressed her after and transferred to the front room.

1:30PM - Lunch - tuna salad, beets and chicken-veggie soup. Maureen finished 10 oz of lemon water. Coughed 3x and sneezed 2x.

2:15PM - Maureen had 5oz of sparkling water.

2:30PM - Time for Maureen's 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we positioned to face her left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, we got her dressed and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen had 6oz of sparkling water. Fruit snack (banana, apple, melon).
