Monday, July 7, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen is still sound asleep while on her left side.

8:30AM - She's slowly moving and trying to open her eyes but then stopped and went back to sleep.

8:50AM - Maureen woke up, very lightly jumpy but can tolerate sips of water via swap. We administered 15 mins after the 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce..

9:05AM - Me and Dalia gave her a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser - belly button is slightly red, applied Nystatin cream. Diaper was dry with very small, light brown spot. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed Maureen and washed her hair after.

9:35AM - We transferred to the front room. Maureen took 6oz of lemon water and given 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

BP: 104/62, P: 64, O2: 96

9:50AM - Breakfast - waffle with butter & strawberry jelly, pear and finished 4oz of lemon water. She's also finishing the 8oz of prune juice as of the moment. Coughed once and sneezed multiple times.

**Took a little longer than the usual for us to have Maureen drink the water/prune juice to minimize coughing.

10:40AM

Neb treatment with saline.

10:55AM - Facial and hand care routine. Maureen stayed awake while leaning back on her recliner.

11:35AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, positioned to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen. We dressed her and transferred to the front room.

12:45PM - Lunch - lamb soup, fresh avocado and 10oz of sparkling water (used spoon). Coughed 3x.

1:40PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we positon to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon). She had 1oz before fruit snack.

**Total liquid intake - 29oz
