4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner eating her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi) with 1.5oz lemon water.

Maureen continues receiving nasal O2 treatment.

4:15pm Transferred to the bedroom to clean/change a medium wet diaper, and then headed her back to the living room.

4:35pm Vitals:

Temp: 98.2

Pulse: 75

O2: 94

BP: 112/62

5:00pm Dinner: Chicken with sauce, spinach and squash, and 2oz lemon water plus 2oz apple juice with thickened. Maureen coughed three times and sneezed once, suction pump used.

• 5.45pm Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a dry diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Vitals:

         Temp: 98.1

         Pulse: 98

        O2: 91

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

7:30 … O2 is at 92, sleeping comfortably

8:30 … O2 is at 95, hopefully the albuterol treatment helped.
