Monday, July 21, 2025 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 100/60, P: 63,

  O2: 97.

• 4:45pm Saline Neb treatment.

• 4:50pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:55pm Dinner: Pasta with ham, broccoli and cheddar, and 4oz lemon water. Maureen coughed three times and sneezed twice during meal.

• 5:55pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:05pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Barb and I clean/change a dry diaper after waiting for a a-few minutes for her to pee, bu didn’t, pplied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Vitals:

         Temp: 98.4

         Pulse: 58

        O2: 97

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
